Good comparative article on CO2, but poor data on CO2 measurement and time of day.
I'd like to see the entire CO2 cycle over the entire day/season etc for some subsampling of these lakes using a IR/thermal method for CO2 measure, not pH/KH.
Many of the lakes are well fed from tannins and the time of years, the tannins can vary greatly.
This will affect the pH/CO2 measure.
It could very well skew the data in rather large ways.
It would cost a lot to do a few lakes vs the data set they used here however.
