co2 diffuser?

    i'm new to diffusers. ive always used reactors. Ive heard people clean diffusers with bleach, and i read some place, which i can't find again, tom uses tilex. My ? is do i need to neutralize or declorinate diffuser after tilex like i would after bleach? if so would i use prime or something else? what do other peolple do to clean diffuser?
