    Not for a large tank...

Is your tank 125 gallons or liters? or is that length?

The reactor you linked to would not be efficient enough for a large tank. I would recommend something inline for a large tank, like an inline atomizer or reactor. I personally like a cerges style reactor although it can slow filter pump output, so I make sure I have a pump to supplement for the reduced flow.

If you are running a sump I know many hear are fans of the needle wheel method. Others have also had success with the Aquamedic 1000 reactor.

An inline reactor, like the Sera 500 or the Ista Turbo, will be far more efficient than any powerhead-driven device like the one you mentioned. Efficiency is far more important since more CO2 will dissolve into the water.
