Co2 and carpeting plants

Might be a stupid question but will good co2 levels improve the carpeting ability of carpeting plants such as glosso, elatine etc...?

The answer is of course yes.

Haha I'm really not as stupid as I sound I promise........ Yeah obviously co2 helps everything. But I was thinking if it boosts these plants need to grow prostrate.

Higher lighting levels helps HC and eleocharis belem to carpet faster. You really have to stay on ferts and co2 though; otherwise, you'll be going for a wild ride.
fwiw, I've been growing eleocharis belem in a 55 gallon long with 216 watts of Tek T5HO (giesemann bulbs).
