CO2 advice

Now I was wondering since I decided to add CO2 what would be your recommendations in the prior referenced setup.

Modified Powerhead, Reactor, Diffusor?

Seems all have their merits. Preferably would like the setup to be as quiet as possible. Misting is fine, ease of use is important as this tank is going to be maintained by an inexperienced hobbyist.

I'm going to create a new thread where we can table all the different ways of getting CO2 into the water and the pros and cons of each method.
I thought it would be easier to do as a new thread as this information would be useful to newcomers and would be easier to find using the 'Search' facility.
