Clearwater/Tampa FL Traveling Suggestions

I will be in the Tampa/Clearwater FL area in March of 2008. Tom's San Francisco/Bay Area suggestions were a big hit last time. I'll be taking in some baseball, and will have time to spare to do some other stuff. Any suggestions are appreciated!

Day hikes / "natural" sight seeing?
Food?

Well, the public aquarium is quite nice I thought.
There are some nature reserves outside of town.

I'm trying to remember them and am lost for now.
They generally look similar without going too far, so trying them is fine......
Any freshwater spring park is good and worth a look.

Tampa is sort of in between everything, eg the Keys/Everglades and the springs up north.
