Cleaning glass Co2 diffuser

I have a bioplast glass Co2 diffuser that has been in the tank for about 2 years, now giving off large bubbles instead of a fine stream of bubbles. Does anyone nkow of a means of cleaning it.

Soak in bleach for 10-20 min, rinse well, add dechloror, return to service.
