CGA to paintball

So I'm trying to figure out a better way to connect a cga nipple and nut to a paintball tank and I think I found a way but I can't get a good answer on what the paintball tanks use for threading and outlet size. Anyone know what the standard paintball thread size is?

Hi maknwar,

The CGA nut will fit on the tank as is but there is a pin valve on the paintball tank that has to be pushed down for CO2 to flow. What you need is this adapter.

I see, the pin needs to be pushed down. That just shot my idea down. Thanks for the help mike.

That adapter will push the pin down so that you can use a regulator on the paintball tank
