Carpet option for 29 gallon low tech.

Hi, what would be a good carpet option in a 29 gallon tank?
Specs are 1.5 inch laterite under 2 ich of natural gravel.
A single tube t8 fluorescent bulb 6700K
Diy co2 with bubble ladder.
Driftwood with Javafern and Anubia.
Crypts midground,Amazons,Aponogeton and Wysteria in the back.
Lifestock is 3 Guppies,4 longfinned zebra Danios,2 Oto's,2 Yamano shrimp,2 Nerite snails.

you could try growing your wisteria up front. cut a few tops off, replant in the front where you want your ground cover. as long as they aren't shaded they should grow sideways a few inches before growing upwards again, and when they do you can chop the tops again and replant. soon you'd have a bushy bed.

Thanks everyone for the suggestions.
I was also wondering if I have sufficient light?
I'm reluctant to increase since I have some blue/green algae.
Any advise would be appreciated.
