Can I premix macros or traces with liquid carbon?

At the start of each week I mix up my fert doses into labelled sample tubes so that my wife can easily add the dosing for me if I need to be away with work. Can I premix the daily liquid carbon dose into these mixtures too, or will there be an unfortunate reaction?

    Doses are:
    Macro: 0.15g KH2PO4 & 1.0g K2SO4. Sun, Tue & Thu.
Trace: 3ml TPN + 1ml Flourish Iron. Mon, Wed, Fri.
Each mixed with water to make 20ml liquid dose.

Yes. Actually it's one of suggested ways to prevent liquid ferts from mould.
