So the reg is up and running now for almost three days. It works perfectly! Thanks for the guys that helped me through it.

It's cool that it's a sticky now...my first sticky!:D

I'm just glad that I was able to do this thread. There wasn't anything on actually breaking down a solenoid and cleaning it out. I'm sure this will help people with similar issues in the future.

This thread gave me enough confidence to try to fix my leak.

I gave it a try and now my leak is gone. It was Teflon thread in the way :rolleyes:

The only extra info I can advise is the size of the torx screw heads on the chamber. My 6011A solenoid didn't have a 1/8 head (which is a T10 size). Rather, it was a T9. Hope this helps.
