Bolbitis heudelotti: emersed

Dear Friends

Any Idea how to force Bolbitis to enter the air. Actually it now at height of my tank. It get new leaves but did not wont to get some air leaves.

May be someone have experiense in this matter?

Not sure how to 'Force' it but i have grown it emersed in my anubias tubs no problem so it is definately doable
