Re: BGA advice needed

Hi Tom,

What should be done if fosteder decided to go into non-CO2 setup?

Regards

A similar treatment, a few things different, less KNO3.

Lack of trimming and cleaning of the filter are generally the largest reasons ijn those tanks or not feeding the fish enough.

But adding K2SO4/feeding fish more, dosing KNO3 etc can be done on a non CO2 tank as well.

Things happen slower so you can usually remove the BGA manually and not deal with that much returning if you have enough plants.

Yes they will be fine. :D

It might seem cruel to not feed them for a couple of days, but it can take weeks to starve a fish. So don't worry about it.

They don't eat nearly as much in the wild as they do in our tanks.
