Hi everyone, first post, looking forward to getting to know you and learning from and contributing to this great community.

What's the smallest (smaller leaves) and lowest-growing variety of Staurogyne that is best for growing low fine carpets? Smaller leaves would help preserve a sense of scale in smaller tanks.

Also what's the best way to 1) grow in the carpet quickly and 2) cultivate low growth.

I'm using Aquasoil Amazonia I for substrate, a CO2 reactor, Giesemann (sp?) daylight bulbs with Tek II reflectors, EI dry ferts and Seachem Excel.

Best wishes for the New Year,

EJ

Hi,

Staurogyne repens 049 by Tropica.

Best carpet plant ever! Well, IMO anyway. I was most successful with it anyway :)
