Arcadia Plant pro t5 is the best light for plants. Combined with daylight or freshwater best light you can get. Now they have led t5 bulbs, i did not tried them yet. But they are expensive.

Very expensive, but they reckon 50,000 hours, even if that's an exaggerated claim anything close to that is perhaps worth it.
Had hoped somebody had tried them.
