Aquatic...Tree?

Is their any plant that I could grow that resembles a tree? Like a miniature underwater bonsai tree? I know I could probably mimic one using a good piece of driftwood and attach a plant to it, but is there anything that literally grows just like a bonsai tree?

Not that I am aware of. Tom has several pieces of wood, that with the right moss would make a very convincing bonsai tree. You could do a different looks, esp with needle leaf java, and petite anubias.
