Maybe the info is in plain sight but I haven't been able to find it..

what temperature does ADA have their clay burnt at?

Not much, it's pretty much regular clay. If they heated it to 70C it would ruin it.

No, it is has much higher moisture content than heat would do and it is sealed in a bag, hot dry clay is rather hard:)

It also is much lighter color, it's just clay with soil/peat essentially.
If you add heat(you can try this yourself at home), say 100 C in the oiver for a day, or a few hours, it will look very different.

There's no way to heat it and then make it soft again, think about it, the clay earthware pots, cups etc, do not become soft and pliable again later.

Once you heat and cook clay, it's done.
You can remove some moisture if it's wet, but semi soft clay has a fair amount of moisture.
