Aquascaping help? / pictures of my tank

Hey guys, just want to see what you think of my tank and hopefully someone can think of something that will make it look better.

-I'm not sure what to do with my wood

-I think I might like to cover the big rock with moss (maybe any tips on how to do that) also where can you buy Singapore moss? I can't find it anywhere!

might be an idea to remove the rock completley, it is far to bulky for this size tank, perhaps you could break it up into smaller pieces?

everything else, i would wait until the plants fill in a bit.
