Any Problems getting product from Brian Tsang ?

Has anyone else had any problems recieving product from Brian Tsang ? I've been waiting 3 weeks now on my last order. His ebay record averages over 90%, but there is a higher percentage of negative feedback. Is this normal ? Should I be concerned, or are delays faily common ? Thanks, Prof M
