Tom Barr?
Could you help me out with it?

Tom, I also has a thread in APC(http://www.aquaticplantcentral.com/...572-anubias-sp-disease-problems-root-rot.html) stating this disease that affect many of us anubias owner............. even some of them, whom has great growth Anubias coffeefolia submerged for some 20 years with no problem, but suddenly had them rotting away without a cause...........reference:(http://www.aquaticplantcentral.com/...gy-emersed-culture/80406-anubias-disease.html)

I recently discover one thing:
I bought a batch of anubias nana petite and stardust, and few nana, and golden. They are submersed grown in a LFS, I recognized.
I brought them home and I did not test the water quality, but I do know my tap water has a pH of 6.8-7 range, didn't know the gH/kH....... the temperature were 15 Celsius.
80 percent of petite and stardust melt away, or has root rot, some became mush, most of them started melting from leaf......
Now, What I left with is some beat up rhizome with few leaf and no root basically, so.....I try to raise them back to health with a nano tank with ADA AS Amazonia, I mist ocassionally....... this is what I found out, those few nana that never caught the disease did not dried up, those who caught the disease, has leaf dry up, so my 6th sense told me that the submerged grown Anubias are harder to accommodate in new environment than emerged Anubias.
