So I have been going back and forth with people about using an airstone at night.

what is the FINAL thought on this?

If I use an airstone my ph is about 6.4 during the day (with airstone off) then using the airstone at night my ph is about 7.2 in the morning - is this a huge swing in ph?

Should I not use an airstone/use an airstone???

By the way my spacebar is pointed across the water about 2 inches from the surface, so I get a fair amount of movement at the surface, which I'm assuming creates o2 for the fish at night.

Just want to get some final thoughts on this so I can put it to rest.
