I have this algae growing on some parts of my driftwood that are closed to the tank surface. When I rub it with my fingers it comes off very easily. I also noticed that if I leave it alone for some time it creates thin threads where there is flow from the filter.
My tank is 160G, low light with just one 54W T5, non CO2, lot of driftwood and just 6-5 sword plants. I am trying to create a wild discus biotope.

What type is this algae and how can I get rid off it.
This is a pic of the algae and the aquarium
