    It could be stag horn, but the pictures are not clear enough to really make any accurate determination.

    Looks like it should be called "zombie apocalypse";)

    But seriously, knowing what the particular algae is usually doesn't help that much.

    Once you get a better balance, and grow healthier plants, it will help defeat all algae, no matter what you call it.
