Hello and thank you in advance for your help.

I have a 75 Gallon running the Fluval Plant LED 3.0 on Black Diamond Blasting Sand substrate. No Ammonia or Nitrite, but My Nitrates are always high (100+) according to API kit (note that it shows no Nitrate in clean tap water) I also dose Aquarium Coop Easy Green according to instructions as well as using Flourish Excel. I have what I believe is Green Spot Algae on rocks and leaves, and on glass when I don’t scrub. My cleaning crew consists of SAE, Ottos, Malaysian Trumpet Snails, Nerite Snails, and Ghost shrimp.

Pics attached below, including photo period being used.

I was going to bleach dip plants and rocks this weekend for control, but that’s not going to solve my underlying issue.

    HELP PLEASE!!

I have read in another aquarium forum where Mr. Barr stated that at 1.5-2.0ppm or so of PO4 (phosphate ) green spot algae will drop off.

(I have been having this problem too, but since I have lower light plants I am going to add some patches of window screen material to reduce my lighting).
