Good CO2 Reactor

Hi,

Just to add to what Nipat said, that is an excellent and effective design that Nipat linked. I also agree that unless it is a very course sponge, I would not, I use some filter material, but there is nothing critical about that. ;) I used that design, until I came across Tom Barr’s design, which is a major improvement.

This is quite easy to assemble. :)

I hope your CO2 leak issue is resolved.

You'll need to check that your regulator has the internal threads to use that permaseal. Many do not. You should be getting a new plastic washer with each tank refill in any event.

Also, note that the brass check valves do seem to require a bit of pressure to open them so using one may require you to open the needle valve a bit more.

So, I have to take the tank down due to school. :( Hwever, I'll be around to gather ideas for when I set it up again. :) Now that I kind of know what I'm doing, it'll be much more fun when I actually have time and a set plan for what I want next time. Thanks for all your help!!
