50 gallon Planted

    This tank was setup for a Studio. It is 36 x 18 x 18,pressurized CO2, 2 x 96 watt 6700k aqualight.

    It's doing well, but you'll need a trim soon:)

    That's a lot of light.

    I'd suggest slowing things down a bit, try 5 hours of each light on with no more than 2-3 hours overlap.

    So have 1x96W on for 5 hours, 3-4 hours later, the other comes on.
    Start in the front and move to the back.

    That should slow the growth down and still provide plenty of light.

    You need virtually no light in the front also.
