Hi All

This is another tank of mine, this was my first attempt with Cuba, the tank was in emmersed condition for 3 Months before being filled, Below are the details and pictures of the progression till date.

Tank : 18x15x15 Inches
Lighting : 1x36 Watts PLL 6500K :8 Hrs
Filteration: 600 L/H Hang On Back Filter
Substrate : ADA Amazonia II
Hardscape: Seiryu-Seki Stone
CO2 : Pressurized at 3 bps, diffused through Ceramic Diffuser
Dosing : ADA DO AQUA! Be Green + ADA Green Brighty Step 2.

Plants : Hemianthus Cuba

Fauna : CRS + 2 Ottos

About 11 days ago i added some more rocks as i felt the scape was looking a bit empty. This is how the tank looks as of today

Hi Seetharam,

Once again, gorgeous, I see your reason for adding the rock, it does give more visual interest. I guess I think it would work either way!

In an odd way the original (less rock) reminded me of Jersey, Channel Islands.

It had been a long time plan of mine to keep Crystal Red Shrimps, but never had a proper tank available to keep them, thats when i decided to dedicate one planted tank for these beautiful inverts, at that time i was dreaming of having a planted tank with a only Cuba carpet and i decided to club both. Hence began the cuba tank and today after adding my second batch of CRS the plan which started in February of this year has been fulfilled.

I present to you the inhabitants of my Cuba Tank :)
