legs

I have a 29-gallon Aqueon rimmed tank. Measuring the rim it's less than half an inch. .4 inches. I find the Chihiros light's (45w II) legs are too wobbly to mount the lights. Was curious if anyone had a solution so I could raise the lights up? Currently I took the foam from the box...
