I picked this up at my lfs a couple days back, but they didn't know what type of plant it was. I've tried tracking it down online but had no luck.

As you can see from the pics it has a leaf that is green on the outside with a pink center and the back of the leaf also has a pinkish color on some of the older leaves. The leaves appear to get to be a bit over an inch.

Anyone know what kind of plant this is, I'm hoping I can find out so I can read up on what the best way to care for it.

Thanks

Sorry pics came out sideways.. but you get the idea :p

thanks for the replies, I thought as well it looks similar to the Hygrophila polysperma, however I had that plant before and the leaves didn't have a pink center like this one. they only turned red when they were up high near the lights. This one has that center pink on all the leaves.

Maybe it's some kind of variation on the Hygro but I couldn't find it on tropica.com
