So I don't know what happened, but my only guess is that I have reset my cycle somehow with the filter cleaning about 3 weeks ago. Gda returned heavily. Completely covers glass within 4 days. Some was accumulating on plants the past few weeks but seems to have stopped. In addition I now suffer from cloudy water, which I suspect is an algae bloom of some sort. Plants stalled for a few weeks but seem to be recovering. It's a real bummer because everything was going great. Guess I will just try to wait it out again. Really don't know what to change.

Very nice setup. Did the water clear up ? Everytime I rearrange a few groupings, I get the UV running, if not then green water bloom.

Not yet but it looks promising. I left it on the wall for week and just changed the water without touching the glass. A day later the algae that was above the water line at 50% water change has started to fall off. Algae below where the water line was at water change is getting better too, but not as significant. I honestly think I messed my bacteria up on the last filter change. It was crystal clear and then gda came shortly after filter cleaning. If it continues to get better then I would be convinced. Only thing I have done otherwise was lower nitrates, but glass was clear when nitrates were sky high. Ammonia has been at.25 the last few weeks too. I can't tell about the cloudy water yet from the glass being covered. I will know in next water change. I may have to get a UV!

So the green algae persisted until recently. Everything I tried failed. Ph drop would get to 1.4 at lights on with rector. Tried larding ferts in and lightly dosed too. Tried different methods with atomozersFinally just raised my light up 6 inches and
