For what it's worth, I would not target more than 2x the recommended dose. Depends on the dilution the H2O2 comes in. Your normal pharmacy bought mix will be 3% H2O2 so no need to dilute more. With H2O2 it's hard to say a maximum dose as it depends on many things. A thumb rule would be 1ml/10L.
