Hi everyone!

This is my first message, i'm spanish so i ask you sorry about my mistakes... jeje

I've just changed my old tank in a Amazon tank highly planted (cryptos, microsorums, hygros, ludwigia repens...) , non CO2, and a nice substrate with aquabasis+manado from JBL.

I ask you about the light that i use. I can put 115W or 230W of a bulb BOYU with CFL (PL lights) that are more ineficent than T5 for example... Tank have 70Gal reals of water.

What configuration is better? 115W or 230W?

Thanks and kind regards from Spain!

I'm with Dennis, the lower light option is best with those plants and no CO2. You may also want to consider adding an airstone for a little extra atmospheric exchange.
