Caso4 and mgso4 are good to fix GH, but they won’t affect the KH. For KH, you’ll want to use KHCO3 or K2CO3, but both of those will add potassium also, so keep that in mind. You can use Rotalabutterfly.com to calculate the correct dosage for your needs.

Debasish Roy.

Simply use Rotala Butterfly to calculate your desired GH/KH and add these directly to your tank after weekly water changes. The exception would be mixing RO in a separate container which after a few days the Ca will dissolve.

Cheers

Yes and No

CaSO4.2SO4 isnt very soluble so best dry dosed to the tank

I have assumed a Target GH of 4GH and a 44l water change with a Ca:Mg ratio of 3.0:1.0.
The MgSO4.7H2O could go into a dosing solution but cant be mixed with carbonates otherwise a precipitate will form due to the 'command Ion effect' So may be best to dry dose the sulphates and then make a dosing solution for kH
what parameters are you after?

Yes, as long as the salts are
-directly dissolved in the aquarium or in the replacement water and
- not in a concentrated solution.

although tossing in a teaspoon of each salt will give approximately the same result

I would take the dry salt dosed direct route as @Allwissend suggested also for you size of tank. Remineralising solutions are better suited for Nano tanks where dry dosing is tricky due to small masses of salts required.
