I am using 30w led flood light. And my dosing per week Ppm levels n- 27.78, p - 2.85, k - 29.7

Lights are on for 7am to 12pm and 4pm to 9pm.

What should i do now? Should i remove the leaves affected?

i wouldnt but when new healthy unaffected growth appears, and is a good length or height. I would trim that off and replant those good healthy stems.

Close (but not too close) to LA
Reduce: light intensity and duration

Increase: water change %, water change frequency, CO2 levels, trimming, cleaning.

No need to identify algae unless you have a botanical interest in algae. Focus on plant growth, not algae. Anything that causes reduced plant growth will promote algae. The more you focus on algae, the more mistakes you make. Shape and size of new leaves suggest likely CO2 deficiency.
